To ensure maximum efficiency of all equipment, a team of highly skilled maintenance personnel, supported by a fully equipped workshop facility, monitor and maintain SABN's plant, machinery, and systems continuously, night and day.
Amongst other sections, Maintenance includes Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities Maintenance. This section also houses the department of Health and Safety that looks after the management and compliance of the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) requirements for SABN.
Also within this section are the resident Occupational Health Nurse and the company’s medical doctor, who make rounds at SABN on a weekly basis. Their main aim is to identify, prevent and act upon any environmental hazards.
